Day 01: Kathmandu (B)
On your arrival in Kathmandu airport, you will be met by our local representative and transferred to a hotel in Kathmandu. Be free and relax for the day. You can enjoy strolling around or check trekking equipment. You can meet the trekking guide and enquire couple of things about the trek. In the evening, a detailed briefing will be given for the entire trek. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 02: Kathmandu (B/L/D)
After breakfast, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Kathmandu city. Visit the famous 2,000 years old Swayambhunath Stupa, one of the two most sacred Buddhist shrines in Nepal. Standing majestically atop a green hillock, west of Kathmandu, it is also popular as monkey temple. The amazingly impressive Swayambhunath Stupa never fails to charm its visitors. The stupa also offers the most spectacular view of Kathmandu city.
Thereafter, we will proceed to Patan, the oldest and the second largest of the three major cities of the Kathmandu valley. En-route, stop at a Tibetan Refugee Camp to see the Tibetan carpet factory. Here you will see the spinning, dyeing and weaving of the Tibetan Carpets. You may wish to pick up your favorite carpet.
After you return from shopping, its time to get ready for our trek. You may wish to hire trekking gear. Please rent good equipment and ensure you have adequate warm clothing. Please check with the guide, who can advise you about the most suitable gear, so that you have a safe and comfortable trek. Please feel free and relaxed for your lifetime trek to Everest.
Day 03-15:Trekking (Tea house trek) (B/L/D)
On Day 3, you will fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding (2,652m), Namche Bazaar (3,440m), and Thyangboche (3,867m). Rest Day in Thyangboche for acclimatization. Resume trekking to Pheriche (4,243m), Lobuche (4,930m) and Gorakshep (5,288m). Excursion to Everest Base Camp (5,527m) / Kala Patthar (5,545m) and trek back to Lobuche, Thyangboche, Namche Bazaar, Lukla. Overnight at Lukla.
Day 16: Lukla-Kathmandu (B/L/D)
After breakfast, we will fly back to Kathmandu. Remember to take one last look at Everest before it disappears in the horizon behind you. On arrival at Kathmandu, check in to the hotel. Afternoon at leisure. Relax at your hotel or explore Kathmandu city on your own. Overnight stay will be in Kathmandu.
 Day 17: Kathmandu (B)
Full day at leisure. You can enjoy last minute shopping in colorful markets of Kathmandu. Shop for exotic souvenirs and handicrafts, which are on sale everywhere in Kathmandu. Overnight stay will be at your hotel in Kathmandu.
Note: We are keeping Day 17 as a reserve day. Incase if you can't fly from Lukla to Kathmandu on Day 16 due to any reasons, then you can fly back to Kathmandu on Day 17.)
Day 18: Kathmandu- Departure
After breakfast, our representatives will transfer you to airport to board a flight for your onward destination or way back home with sweet memories of Mount Everest.
